Best beef stew ever
It was truly the most delicious beef stew I’ve ever eaten! Good morning! Very good! I tripled the recipe. I didn’t skimp on the wine and added frozen peas in the last 10 minutes (to “beef it up”). Absolutely delicious!

Overnight Pumpkin French Toast Casserole
I made this on Thanksgiving morning. I used challah bread and it was soft, light and very delicious. I was worried that it wouldn’t be too moist, but it was just right. It’s super easy if you prepare it the night before!

I love this recipe!! The only problem was that the sautéed sage leaves were so delicious that half of them didn’t make it into the sauce. I plan to plant a second sage plant in my herb bed just for this recipe.

These were the best! I rolled out the dough to less than 1/2 inch, so I made over 20 donuts. It felt better the next day. I tried adding cinnamon sticks to apple cider (homemade) in an old fashioned press. Heating the oil to 350 degrees gives you a sense of accomplishment.

This is a big hit at our house. I’ve made it several times and get compliments. Vidalia onions work very well. However, I have had great success using yellow and white onions. Also, be sure to use fresh thyme as it makes a huge difference. Thank you again for the wonderful recipe.

I love this recipe. It tastes exactly like Starbucks, but it’s even better because it’s made right out of the oven. I make it every fall, and it goes well with Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe. Perfect for penny pinchers like me.
